How it works

Enter a name and tap “Open room”. To play solo, just start without anyone else.
With friends: pass on the four-character room key, the others enter it in their app. Or tap “Share key” – whoever taps the link lands in the app with the key filled in, or in the browser if they don’t have the app. The host starts the game.
Spin the reels, hold up to four, re-spin the rest – then score your hand in a free combination.

Frequently asked questions

I bought a skin, but it’s still locked.

Open the skin picker and tap “Restore purchases”. Purchased skins belong to your Apple Account and come back on every device signed in with it.

How do I get a refund for a purchase?

Apple handles purchases and therefore refunds: reportaproblem.apple.com.

There’s an inappropriate name on the leaderboard.

Tap “Report” next to the entry. The name is replaced by “Player” right away; the points stay.

I’d like my leaderboard entry deleted.

Write to kontakt@carnival-chaos.com with the name, the points and roughly the day. We’ll delete it.

“Different version” – I can’t get into the room.

Everyone in a room needs the same version of the game, otherwise the devices would work out different reels. Close the app completely and open it again – it fetches the latest version by itself. If that doesn’t help, check the App Store for an update.

Does it work offline?

No. Rooms and the leaderboard live online, so the app needs a connection – even when playing solo.
